Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Shoplada is based in Lexington, Kentucky, and ships to customers across the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can deliver to you.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Personalized and custom-engraved items take an additional 2-4 business days for production.

Delivery estimates
Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Typical delivery time after processing is 7-15 business days for US orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, products may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email sugarsass1272000@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down, and if it is lost or damaged we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before the order ships.
